RUSK COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - Rusk County Crime Stoppers are now offering a $2,000 reward for information that may lead to an arrest in the murder of 79-year-old Donald Lee Clark.

The Rusk County Sheriff's Office says that Clark's body was discovered in his home in the 11000 block of Farm to Market Road 2012 in Overton by a family member around 10 a.m. on Saturday morning. Clark suffered from a gunshot wound.

Rusk County Sheriff Jeff Price says Clark's death is being investigated as a homicide. An autopsy was ordered by Justice of the Peace Bonnie Miller on Saturday.

Price says an undetermined amount of cash is missing from Clark's house.

Investigators ask anyone with information relating to the case to contact the sheriff's criminal investigation division at (903) 657-3581 or the Rusk County Crime Stoppers at (903) 655-8477.
