DIANA, TX (KLTV) - The Upshur County Sheriff's Office is investigating a mobile home fire that started around 8:43 p.m. Wednesday evening.

According to Diana Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Chief Justin Hankins, a single-wide trailer on Swan Road, just west of Diana off of Highway 154, was vacant at the time the fire started. The home has now been deemed a total loss.

The owner of the mobile home has not been living at the residence. The home was up for rent.

Deputies with Upshur County Sheriff's Office were at the scene Wednesday night to investigate how the fire started. Their investigation is ongoing.

Diana and Ore City Volunteer Fire Departments were both dispatched to the fire. No injuries have been reported.
