Fat Catz Spicy Boiling crab and seafood sauce

For the boil

2 cups of salt

One cup of pep Rica

One cup of cayenne

One cup creole seasoning

One cup granulated garlic

one cup black pepper

One onion quartered

one lemon halved

one bunch of garlic cloves

1 cup Louisiana hot sauce

Heat these ingredients until a rolling boil and add the seafood. Cook 3-5 minutes depending on what you are cooking it may take longer

For the sauce

1/2 cup butter

1/4 creole seasoning

2-3 cups seasoned water from crab boil depending on how spicy you want it 1tbs ginger

1 tbs soy sauce

1/4 cup  sugar

4 cloves garlic chopped

2 tbs Thai chili sauce

Add all ingredients together and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. After the seafood has been cooked add it to this sauce and stir until all is coated well. Let the items rest in the sauce and serve. Be careful, it's spicy but delicious.
