300 barrels of raw crude oil taken from Wood Co. locations
WOOD COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -
Wood County authorities are investigating the theft of over 300 barrels of raw crude oil.
According to Wood County Crime Stoppers, three thefts occurred over the last seven weeks that have resulted in a loss equivalent to over 300 barrels of oil. The thefts occurred at three different locations in the Farm to Market 2966 and Farm to Market 69 area.
The oil was taken between November 7-8, December 14-15 and December 22-23.
Anyone with information regarding these thefts is asked to contact Wood County Crime Stoppers at 903-763-CASH (2274). If the information you submit leads to the identification and/or arrest of the person(s) responsible, you may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
