Posted: Updated:

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX - A Fort Worth-area boy has been found safe, four hours after an Amber Alert was issued for him.

Police say 5-year-old Jagger Curry had been abducted from his North Richland Hills residence.

Jagger was abducted by his non-custodial biological mother, Jennifer Lynne Echeverria. The suspect is only allowed supervised visits with Curry, who currently resides with his maternal grandmother.

Jennifer Echeverria forced her way into the grandmother's residence in the 9200 block of Glen Haven Court at approximately 8:00 AM. The suspect threatened the resident with a weapon and demanded that she be allowed to take Jagger.

Jennifer Echeverria left with Jagger in a Silver Lexus, and went to an unknown location.
