Silver Alert canceled for Fairfield, TX man

FAIRFIELD, TX (KLTV) - An active silver alert has been canceled for Delbert Green Armstrong of Fairfield.

Armstrong has been diagnosed with cognitive impairment and law enforcement officials believe his disappearance could threaten his health and safety.

The alert was discontinued just after noon on Tuesday.

Fairfield is located just west of Palestine.
