Arkansas wants to win sixth straight home game

Posted: Updated:

(RNN) - Arkansas hopes to extend its season-opening, home undefeated streak to six games when Savannah State comes to Bud Walton Arena.

Savannah State is 2-8 this year and has lost six straight games, all on the road. Most recently, the Tigers lost to Northern Iowa. Guard Devin Williams scored 18 points in that loss and averages 12.8 points per game.

The Razorbacks won their last outing at home against a tough Clemson team.

The heart of the Arkansas' offense is its outside game – the Razorbacks are hitting more than 40 percent from beyond the line.

Guard Michael Qualls has hit 14 of 28 threes and is averaging 15.8 points per game.
