Man dies after tumbling from fourth level of Kyle Field

COLLEGE STATION, TX (KLTV) - According to KBTX, a 25-year-old man has died after an incident at Kyle Field in College Station.

The accident happened Tuesday morning during construction at the Texas A&M Stadium. The male, whose name has not been released, fell from the fourth level of the structure.

He was taken to St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan where he later succumbed to his injuries.

KBTX reports the redevelopment project is being led by the Manhattan-Vaughn Company out of Houston. Cameras showing the field's renovation have been shut down by the university.

This is the second major incident at a construction site on the campus this year. In June, four construction workers were injured when a new equine facility collapsed as it was being built.
