The stars were out in Tyler this afternoon. For the first time in nearly 2 years the Hudnall Planetarium, on the campus of TJC, opened its' doors to the public.
The planetarium closed a few years ago because of what some say was a lack of interest. Its' been open for club meetings and star watching parties at the school ever since.
A number of kids were among the first to take part in the first show. Officials with the school are hoping to open the building to the public every other weekend. You can contact TJC for more information.
