Jeremy Wade Jones, 29, was transferred from a Miller County, Oklahoma jail to Gregg County Jail on Monday. He is charged with kidnapping and his bond has been set at $250,000.

White Oak Assistant Police Chief Terry Roach said they used a GPS tracker to locate him.

Roach the girl was reported missing from a home in the 200 block of East Center Street in White Oak on November 17. Roach said they received a tip that Jones may be responsible.

According to the Miller County Sheriff's Department, a couple found the girl walking down a road in Miller County, AR without any shoes on. They took her to a Texarkana hospital where authorities discovered she was reported missing at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday from White Oak, TX.

The child was released to her parents after spending time at CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana. She was in good condition when she arrived at the hospital.

Roach said the FBI is also assisting in the investigation and searched Jones' car. Roach said they sent Jones' cell phone along with other items to a lab for forensic testing. Roach said Jones was given a DNA test when he was booked into the Gregg County Jail on Monday, which was sent off for testing to see if it matches the forensic evidence found in his vehicle.

"When he took her, he did handcuff her with wire ties and we did find the wire ties in the car," Roach said. "He did invoke his rights, so he wouldn't talk to us at all."

The case remains under investigation with the assistance of the FBI.
