Wind chill temperatures this afternoon could drop into the upper 20s at times in our northwestern counties. Tonight will be cloudy and cold with scattered showers. Lows will drop into the upper 30s and lower 40s. Saturday will be mostly cloudy and cold with scattered showers. Highs will reach the upper 40s and lower 50s.
