Second body identified in Palestine structure fire

PALESTINE, TX (KLTV) -

The City of Palestine has released the name of the second victim that died in a major structure fire that occurred on Saturday, September 28, 2013 in the downtown area.

Through a DNA test, the second victim has been identified as 43-year-old Aaron Wayne Pence.

The first victim identified was 32-year-old Hope Leanne Pyle of Palestine, also known as Hope Clark. She was identified through dental records.

Four people were inside the building at the time of the fire. Two managed to escape, but Pence and Pyle did not.

The City of Palestine and other agencies continue their investigation on what caused the fire.
