It was a cooking lesson with Fat Catz chef Cedric Fletcher for 4 siblings looking for their forever family. Kalob, cassidy, Kiley and Chris all enjoyed getting their hands messy to whip of some delicious treats.
The youngest is 7 year old Kalob. He loves the outdoors and activities such as basketball, kickball, swimming and camping. Kalob also loves video games.
"Play Chris' play station," Kalob said.
His favorite game is Black Ops II. Kalob says he would like to be a superhero when he grows up.
"Superman, why superman? Because he is strong, he has laser eyes and he can fly," Kalob said.
As for his three wishes, "to be a grownup, learn how to read and learn how to count money," Kalob said.
Next in line is 11 year old Cassidy. She's silly fun and generally a happy young lady. She is especially excited about this cooking lesson. It's what she wants to do when she grows up.
"A pastry chef," Cassidy said.
And this future pastry chef's favorite dessert is strawberry cake.
When she's not busy learning in the kitchen, Cassidy likes to, "go outside and play," Cassidy said.
Cassidy also says it is a dream of hers to go to Hawaii one day.
Sister Kiley is 12 years old and loves to learn.
"I love math, I mainly just love school," Kiley said.
This 6th grader says she wants to be a lawyer when she grows up.
"Because it's a good way of helping people and you can learn from other people's mistakes and it can help you as well," Kiley said.
When not in school, Kiley likes to read and play with her baby doll. As for her forever family, she just wants someone that will love them all.
"I just want to have fun and do what normal families do," Kiley said.
big brother chris feels the same way.
this 14 year old is very athletic and likes anything sports related.
"sports, football. it would have to be linebacker or running back," chris said.
And his favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys.
He's also excited about this cooking extravaganza because his favorite food is "cajun food," Chris said.
This 8th grader says he and his siblings would love to live in the country and he looks forward to exploring the outdoors with his new family.
"Hunting, fishing, camping, basically everything outdoors," Chris said.
Each of these children are awesome and unique in their right and deserve to be in a place where they will be encouraged to experience life and all that it has to offer.
