Police say a witness observed suspects actively burglarizing a vehicle. The witness was able to follow one suspect who was arrested on scene.

Christopher Anderson, 18, was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle.

The second suspect was not found. A third suspect, who police believe may have been involved in other vehicle burglaries in the area, was arrested on unrelated warrants.
