Take your tenderloin and slice it into 1" thick cuts. Coat both sides with blacken seasoning. In a skillet over medium high heat with 2 tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of olive oil sear for about 5 minutes on each side. While this is happening in another skittle sauté your sliced mushrooms with a little butter. Cook until the mushrooms become dark in color with a little darkness stuck to the pan. Once this occurs de glaze the mushrooms by adding one cup of red wine. Cook for about 4 minutes until it reduces and the alcohol cooks off. Pour the mushrooms in a prepare pan of pork gravy. Pour the gravy over the tenderloins on a plate and enjoy.
