Mark Scirto's Halloween Trick-or-Treating Forecast

Posted: Updated:
EAST TEXAS (KLTV) -

I know many of you Trick-Or-Treaters out there are worried about the forecast for Halloween (Thursday) night here in East Texas.

At this time, it looks like most of the showers and thunderstorms should be out of MOST of East Texas by Sunset on Thursday. Showers and thunderstorms will occur for most of the morning and into the afternoon hours on Halloween, but as a strong cold front moves through during the middle portion of the day, around noon, most of the rain should exit East Texas by the evening hours.

Temperatures should be cooling as well with the temperature at dusk being about 65° or so with gusty WNW winds at10-20 mph.
