OVER THE RHINE, OH (FOX19) - Hip-Hop artist Talib Kweli, a nationally known hip-hop artist who gained prominent recognition through songs such as Get By, hits the stage Halloween night at RhineGeist Brewery located  in Over-The-Rhine.

Turn the tables & Scratch the Violence is an anti-violence campaign that gives youths a creative outlet to express themselves in a positive way while giving them the opportunity to learn about the hip-hop culture.
