TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

A Tyler man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for robbing a woman at gunpoint in January.

Timothy Pullins, 34, pleaded not guilty to an aggravated robbery charge. However, Smith County 7th District Court Judge Kerry Russell found him guilty after a bench trial Thursday.

According to police, on January 27 a woman was approached by four men in a white vehicle while she was walking to her car after leaving a Tyler nightclub.

The victim told police one of the men pulled a gun on her demanding her purse and cell phone.

Surveillance video at a Tyler fast food restaurant captured Pullins using one of the woman's stolen credit cards.

Pullins was arrested in March.

In August, Pullins pleaded guilty to using that credit card and was also sentenced to one year in state jail. According to Tyler Police, none of the other men involved in the January incident were arrested.
