Cincinnati Craft Breweries Oktoberfest this weekend

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Craft Breweries Oktoberfest will be taking place this weekend at Listermann Brewing Company on 1621 Dana Avenue.

Listermann Brewing Company has teamed up with the German-American Citizens League of Greater Cincinnati to ensure an authentic German feel for Oktoberfest.

In addition to local craft beers from 13 local breweries, there will be plenty of food and live music to enjoy.

This event is family and pet-friendly, and free to attend.

Event schedule:

Friday, October 18 from 5 p.m. to midnight
-FREE Food Friday with Parkers Blue Ash Tavern and Glier's Meats (while supplies last)
 
Saturday, October 19 from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
-Kegs and Eggs (FREE from Glier's) from 9-10 a.m.
-Rare Beer 10 a.m. (rare beer from each brewery, followed by seasonal and regular offerings)
-Live music all day
-Ceremonial keg tapping at 4 p.m.

Austin freshman Josh Campbell sent a hard single to up the middle and pinch runner Chad Dunlop tried to score the game-tying run from second only to see New Orleans shortstop Aaron Palmer recover from knocking the ball down and throw out Dunlop at the plate which ended the `Jacks' season in a 4-3 loss in a Southland Conference Tournament elimination game at Constellation Field Thursday morning.
