GLENDALE, OH (FOX19) -

Three have been arrested and one suspect is on the loose following a high-speed chase through Glendale.

Officers say that the vehicle involved reached speeds up to 130 miles per hour as officers pursued the vehicle on eastbound I-275.  Police say that, due to public safety concerns, they had to deploy stop sticks on the ramp to southbound I-75.

Authorities state that two of the vehicle's tires were flattened as the car exited at Sharon Road and drove south on Chester.

Once the vehicles stopped, authorities say all four passengers ran from police. Officers were able to catch three of the fleeing passengers, identified as Emily Freeman, 21, Courtney Coney, 29, and Stanley Jacques, 24.

Authorities say Freeman, Coney and Jacques are all from Florida.

All three have been charged with failure to comply with police order. They are currently being held at the Warren County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

The fourth suspect, an early 20's black male wearing all black, is still on the loose.

Officers believe that the suspects were operating a theft ring in Michigan.
