Shutdown affects East Texans in unexpected ways

The government shutdown is starting to be felt in East Texas in unusual ways.  For years, people who visited the Pineywoods fair in Nacogdoches could count on being able to get their flu shots there.  That won't happen this year.  Donna McCollum will explain the strange reasoning behind why the vaccinations won't take place.
