Police suspect that a driver suffered from a medical condition before becoming victim of a fatal accident on Lebanon Road on Thursday night.
The Cincinnati Police say that Roy Crutchfield, 61, lost control of his vehicle on 2800 Lehman Road with 23-year-old Angel Harris as a front-seat passenger.
Crutchfield traveled west on Lehman Road and experienced a medical condition while driving. Police say that his 2011 Dodge Ram struck a curb, drove off of the right side of the roadway, and struck a building.
Police responded to the incident around 10:22 p.m. and Crutchfield was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital where he died from his medical conditions.
Harris was not injured in the crash.
Authorities are investigating the crash and do not believe that speed or alcohol were factors of the crash. Any witnesses are asked to call the Cincinnati Police Department at 513-352-2514.
