Police are seeking another suspect in the fatal shooting of a Tyler mother at P.T. Cole Park in Tyler on July 30.

An arrest warrant has been secured for Elisha "EJ" Williams, 18, of Tyler. Williams is wanted for murder. Police say he as involved in the shooting death of Briana Raquel Young, 20, who was shot to death while playing with her 3-year-old son at the Tyler park.

"She was there allowing her child to play and visiting with friends and was basically there at the wrong place at the wrong time," said Don Martin, Public Information Officer for Tyler Police.

Investigators have not been able to locate Williams and are asking for the public's help.

"He's from Tyler, but Elisha could be anywhere," said Andy Erbaugh, a detective with the Tyler Police Department.

Erbaugh says the community has played a major role in the arrests.

"The community has come together. We have got a lot of cooperation because she was such a popular young woman and such a well loved young woman that knew a lot of people and I think that's why the community is rallying together," said Detective Erbaugh.

As a result of the violence in the Tyler park, police will be taking action to enforce safety in their neighborhoods.

"When something like this is involved, we go make sure that the park has its closing times and that it is well lit, that there is presence there of police at all times," said Detective Erbaugh. "It's a safe place for kids to go play and people to relax and we want to make sure people can do that."

Police warn that if you see Williams, keep a safe distance and contact police.

"I would consider him armed and dangerous because he is a murder suspect and does have a warrant for murder," said Detective Erbaugh.

Anyone with information about Williams or any other further details related to this case is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833). Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case.

Police have already arrested Ke'Avier Jarrod Wilson-Hurd, Rakheem Goldstein and Dennis Bendy and charged them with murder in relation to the case. They are being held on $1,000,000 bond each.
