The plane, which was heading to Austin from Baltimore, made an emergency landing around 6:30 p.m. at Memphis International Airport.

There were 120 passengers on board the plane and five crew members. The passengers were removed in order for the FBI to interview the unruly passenger.

The passenger was turned over to the custody of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Memphis. At this point, he has not been charged with a crime.

The man was taken into custody in Memphis. The flight then continued on to Austin, where it safely arrived 2.5 hours late.
