1 lane of eastbound I-40 near Ash Fork open after truck fire

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

One of two eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 west of Ash Fork is open after a tractor-trailer carrying produce caught fire Monday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Cleanup crews were working to clean up the roadway after the truck fire, which started about 10 a.m., said ADOT spokesman Doug Pacey.

Pacey said there was no estimate as to when the other lane would reopen.

Ash Fork is about 20 miles west of Williams.
