Fijta Skirt Steak
Sliced red and green bell peppers
Pico de Gallo
Shredded mixed cheese
Take your crescent roll container and separate the contents into two even parts. Roll them out to about 9"X9". Take your onions and peppers and sauté for about 8 minutes over medium high heat. Grill your skirt steak to your desired temperature then slice thinly against the grain. Place your sautéed onions and peppers along with your steak and a little Pico de Gallo over you rolled out dough. Smother with mixed cheese and then close sealing the end. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and enjoy.
