UPSHUR COUNTY, TX - On Thursday, the Upshur County Sheriff Office, along with Upshur County Constable Pct. 2 Jason Weeks, responded to the Eagle's Nest Donut Shop in Diana in reference to an aggravated robbery. Deputies learned around 4:00 a.m. the owner of the business went to the back door and opened it after hearing noises come from the back of the business.

During the course of the investigation, investigators identified several suspects at a nearby apartment complex. A search warrant was obtained for the apartment where evidence connecting the subjects to the robbery was located. Three juveniles and one adult were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.  Another adult at the location was charged with Delivery of Marijuana.

The juveniles are being detained at the Gregg County Juvenile Detention Center while the two adults are being held in the Upshur County Jail.
