A two-week-old baby who was injured after she and her mother were hit by a car on Saturday is now in fair condition.
Tyler police say that two-week-old Amelia Sabbagh is improving at Children's Medical Center in Dallas and could be released soon.
Winesses say arond 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Amelia's mother, Audrey Hettinger, was trying to cross Old Bullard Road in Tyler when she and the baby were struck by a car.
Hettinger is in a Tyler hospital in critical condition.
No charges have been filed against the driver.
