Take you pork loin and cook on a crock pot with your favorite BBQ sauce for 6 hours on high, 8 hours on low. Shred the pork when done. Take your crescent roll container and open use one half of the container for one calzone. Roll the dough out to about 9"x9". Then stuff with shredded BBQ and shredded cheese. Fold and use an egg wash to seal the ends. Back at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and enjoy!
