SOUTH FAIRMOUNT, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police are investigating an early morning crash in South Fairmount where two people were sent to the hospital.

It happened just after 3 a.m. Wednesday morning at the corner of Grand and Westwood.

Cincinnati Police say Aundrey Sanders, 28, was operating a Kia Spectra east on Westwood and failed to stop for a red light. He struck a Dodge Durango traveling south on Grand. The Kia went into a yard and flipped.

Sanders was freed from his vehicle and transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center in serious condition.

Myisha Burke, 19, a passenger in the Kia, was also transported to UCMC for treatment. Her condition is unknown.

Tiffany Phillips, 27, the driver of the Durango, was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.

Police say speed is a factor in the crash.
