The Texas Department of Public Safety announced Monday that a man who was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list on Thursday was captured by Texas Rangers on Friday morning.

According to DPS, Robert Allen Kotlar, 54, was arrested at a residence in El Campo. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the El Campo Police Department. He was wanted for parole violation.

Kotlar has a lengthy criminal history that includes arrests for assault, burglary, larceny, theft of property, vehicle theft and forgery.
