Fresh Table's Caprese Salad

6 ripe tomatoes (preferably heirloom), thinly sliced

1 pound fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced

1 bunch fresh basil, thinly sliced

Olive oil to drizzle

White Balsamic Vinegar to drizzle

Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices (every other one) on a platter, scatter the basil over top and drizzle the olive oil and vinegar overall.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
