BOWIE COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

The body of a missing Bowie County man, who went missing June 4, has been found.

According to the Bowie County Sheriff's Office, the body of Joseph Gaspard was located this morning in a wooded area between County Road 4313 and Highway 259 in Bowie County. Authorities do not suspect any foul play at this time.

Authorities believe Gaspard went missing in Bowie County after making a wrong turn and getting lost in the woods. Deputies and volunteers spent days searching the area off of County Road 4313 after his truck was located on June 7.

Gaspard's mother, Glenda Quinn, reported to Bowie County authorities that she had last spoken to her son on June 4 around 7 p.m.. Quinn became concerned for her son's welfare due to medical conditions that caused her son to become confused, and because Gaspard suffered from kidney failure and needed dialysis three times per week.
