12 ounces shelled edamame, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place edamame into a mixing bowl, toss with oil. Spread out onto a sheet pan, sprinkle with cheese and pepper. Bake 13-15 minutes until crispy and golden in color.
