Chaos erupted outside a Nashville market after a brawl sent two people to the hospital late Tuesday night.
The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Old Hickory Boulevard and Eulala Drive outside the Mercado Market. Police believe six members of two rival Mexican gangs fought.
By the time officers arrived at the scene, nobody was there.
However, there was evidence of a violent showdown that involved pitchforks, rocks and a bloody shovel.
Two of the victims, brothers ages 20 and 23, drove themselves to Southern Hills Hospital after the fight.
The 20-year-old man sustained a minor cut to his abdomen from a knife.
The 23-year-old victim sustained minor cuts to his hand, forearm and bicep. He said his attacker cut him with a tool that roofers use to remove shingles.
Police are looking for the other people involved in the fight.
