New Group Supports TISD Bond

A group in Tyler is telling people to get out and vote, but it's not talking about the up-coming presidential election. Instead it's for the school bond election.

State senator, Kevin Eltife, Tyler Mayor Joey Seeber and former head opposition leader, Gene Shull, are just some who will make up the Vote Yes Committee in support of the school bond.

Committee members say this bond package and the one from 2002 are like night and day.

The vote for the first phase of the school bond is the same as the Presidential Election, November 2nd.
