On May 31, 2013 at about 11:35 p.m. officers with the Tyler Police Department were dispatched to a Commercial Robbery at the Rite Track Valero gas station located at 1736 E. The suspect exited the business and fled the scene northbound on E. Gentry PK in a dark colored SUV or compact car. The suspect is described as a thin, but muscular built Hispanic male wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and a black and blue scarf with white lines running across it that covered his face.  The suspect was also wearing a black cap with a white V printed on the side.  The area was searched by officers, but were unable to locate the suspect. No one was injured during the incident.
