Men indicted for selling synthetic drugs

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Two men have been indicted on several drug charges for selling harmful intoxicants.

Troy Wilson and Mohammed Hmeidan both face 35 counts of trafficking harmful intoxicants, permitting drug abuse and sale of drugs not approved by the FDA.

According to the indictment, they were selling a number of different synthetic marijuana brands and some bath salts.

WNY of Vine, Inc., doing business as The Whole Nine Yards in Clifton was also named in the indictment.
