Grenade wielding man robs Hamilton bank

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

Hamilton Police are looking for a suspect who robbed a bank Wednesday morning.

At 10:14 a.m. the Hamilton Police Communications Center received a call from the First Financial Bank at 970 Main Street, reporting that a robbery had just occurred. 

Upon arrival, officers were advised by bank employees that a person had entered the bank, displayed a grenade and demanded bank.

Bank employees described the suspect as a white male, about 6 feet tall and 180 lbs.  The suspect was wearing a black hoody type sweatshirt, a yellow t-shirt and blue jeans.  He was also wearing a hat of some sort. 

At this time the robbery remains under investigation, and no further information is available.
