ETX man arrested after authorities find stash of drugs

RUSK COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

A Kilgore man is jailed after a search warrant execution finds a stash of drugs.

Rusk County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 21-year-old Jeremy Townlin after they executed a search warrant on a house in the 600 block of Layton Street.

Townlin was charged with possession of a controlled substance after deputies said they found about 1.2 pounds of marijuana in the residence along with 28 grams of a controlled substance.

Townlin remains in the Rusk County jail.
