Omelet Benedict


Canadian Bacon


Roma Tomato

Hollandaise sauce

Olive oil


Mix 3 eggs. In a skillet over medium heat prepare the omelet. While this is cooking in another skillet with a little olive oil cook your Canadian bacon, tomatoes, and spinach. Wait to add the spinach until about I minute before removing from the heat. Then place this mixture in the omelet fold and pour Hollandaise sauce over. Top with paprika and chives and enjoy.
