Olive oil

Garlic salt

Italian seasoning

Roma Tomatoes


Fresh Basil

Take your fish filets and coat in olive oil. Then sprinkle Italian seasoning and over medium high heat sear each side in a skillet for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on thickness.

While your fish is cooking take your diced Roma tomatoes and sliced spinach and sauté with a little olive oil and garlic salt for about 4 minutes.

Once the fish is done smother the filet with the spinach and tomato mixture. The sprinkle some fresh basil on top and enjoy.
