EAST TEXAS (KLTV) - Cloudy windy and cold conditions will be with us for much of the morning hours.
This afternoon we will see partly sunny skies and this will finally allow temperatures to warm, but not much. Highs will struggle to reach the upper 50s and lower 60s. Winds will be out of the north west around 20 miles per hour with higher gusts. Because of this there are lake wind advisories in effect for much of East Texas.
Tonight near record lows are possible as temperatures once again drop into the upper 30s and lower 40s. Saturday will be partly sunny and warmer with highs in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees.
