Place your food rings on your serving plates. In a small skillet over medium heat warm up Spanish rice. Add to bottom of both food rings,pack in with tool to secure in place. Next warm your borracho beans in a skillet over medium heat and slightly mash with fork. Still leave a little bit chunky. Layer in food rings and pack with tool or spoon. Smooth a layer of guacamole in both rings. Add pulled pork then pack in food ring. Slowly removering. Top tower with drizzle of BBQ sauce, sour cream and chili threads. Serve with chips.
