Bacon Cheddar Chicken Fingers

One pack of chicken fingers

Plain bread crumbs

Shredded cheddar cheese

Bacon bits


In a gallon zip lock bag place ½ cup of bread crumbs along with ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese and package of real bacon bits. Mix well.

In a mixing bowl beat 2 to 3 eggs to make an egg wash. Dip your chicken figure in the egg wash and the place in the zip lock bag to coat with the breading mixture. Place the breaded chicken fingers on a greased baking sheet and place in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes.

Serve with ranch or sour cream and enjoy!
