LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A traffic stop ended unexpectedly with a man being charged with terroristic threatening.
According to Louisville Metro police, on Wednesday night an officer spotted Arthur Williams going almost 30 miles over the 35-mile-per hour speed limit.
During the stop the officer said Williams lied about putting a weapon of mass destruction in his vehicle.
In addition to terroristic threatening, Williams was also charged with speeding and reckless driving.
