Shots ring out at a Tyler gas station

Gunfire erupts outside an East Texas gas station. This morning we'll hear witnesses explain what they saw before bullets hit a pick-up truck in the parking lot.

And, an East Texas convicted killer is set to die tonight. We have new details on a last minute effort to delay the execution of Richard Cobb.

We are seeing a few scattered light showers this morning. They will last an hour or so past sunrise.  This afternoon we will see partly cloudy skies and warmer temperatures.  Highs will reach the lower 70s with southeasterly winds around 12 miles per hour. Tonight will be partly cloudy and mild with lows in the middle 50s. Friday will be partly cloudy with a few afternoon thunderstorms possible. Highs will be in the middle to upper 70s.
