A man is facing several charges after police say he tried to get away from police and was driving drunk with a child in the car.
A Cincinnati Police Officer tried to pull over Roosevelt Collins III, 25, for doing 69 miles per hour in a 45. When the officer approached the car, Collins took off. The officer gave chase, and Collins eventually struck a building.
There was a 3-year-old child in the backseat of the car with no booster seat.
Police say Collins was driving under the influence and had a 12 point suspension.
Collins is charged with endangering children, failure to comply, OVI and several traffic offenses.
