Bacon Ranch Grilled Cheese

Large bread loaf

Ranch dressing

Shredded Monterey jack cheese

Bacon slices

Pico de Gallo

Take your large loaf of bread and cut slices diagonally to make large cuts. Spread ranch dressing on the slices and then place two bacon slices on one side and then cover both slices with shredded cheese. Place in a 425 degree oven for about 5 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted. Take out and sprinkle a little Pico de Gallo over one of the slices. Place the two slices together cut in half and enjoy!
