BULLARD, TX (KLTV) - Terry Pirtle is leaving Brook Hill.
KLTV confirmed with coach Pirtle that he will be leaving the Guard to take over at Houston 2nd Baptist High School.
"I've had an amazing experience at Brook Hill," said Pirtle. "This is just a great opportunity for me and my family, I have a daughter that lives in Houston, so this is a great way for me to get closer to her."
"I leave with nothing but great memories from Brook Hill."
Pirtle spent four years at Brook Hill, winning a TAPPS state title in football in 2011.
He also spent time as the Guard head coach in baseball, winning back to back titles in 2011 and 2012.
He says he will remain at Brook Hill through the remainder of the school year.
